Wild Horse Pass Auction
Every time we book an auction at the Wild Horse Pass Casino we know we are in for a treat; especially when we know the wonderful Scotty McCreery will be performing for a full house! What a great gig we have! Not only do we get to raise money for two wonderful charities (Phoenix Theatre and the Valley Youth Theatre) but we get to enjoy a great show and some wonderful people!
Unlike our other auctions, during concerts we have a bit of down time so we tend to try to make things interesting! So, in the spirit of the American Idol star that we had all gathered to see we began giving our own commentary on his performance!
Jesse (as Randy): ‘You’re going somewhere, kid’
Chris (Simon): ‘I felt you could do a little more hip hop, widen your horizons for the crowd’
And then there was me, a lover of all things Scotty McCreery as Paula: ‘I love you, I loved your performance, everything you just did I love love loved!’
All in all, despite a lackluster review from our very own Simon, Scotty received a perfect 10 from our CBU judges! He brought the house to their feet and we raised money to help support the local arts! A great night indeed.
